Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy


 We take up to 3 Days for Order Shipping after the Order Confirmation. Our Courier Partner deliver the order to you in next  7 to 1o days as per your shipping address. You can track your order from Track Order Page. If There is any delay in delivery, Please Contact Us.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Valid reason for return.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and Delivery Costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and Delivery will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Cancellation Policy

    A cancellation fee may be levied on a customer on account of cancellation of orders by customer on the Platform (“Cancellation Fee”). Such Cancellation Fee shall be charged based on the time during which the customer opts to cancel the order upon placing/confirming the said order on the Platform. It is clarified that there will be free cancellation of orders only for the initial few hours of placing an order, as specifically provided on the product page. After such time frame, Cancellation Fee will be levied on applicable products.

    Why is Cancellation Fee charged?

    Cancellation Fee is charged to compensate for the slot, time and effort incurred in processing an order by the seller and to compensate the logistics service providers for incurring a cost when they ship the order.

    The Cancellation fee charged by My Gyanalaya shall be either equivalent to or less than the charges borne by My Gyanalaya on account of cancellation of an order by customers.

    How will the Cancellation Fee charged?

    The Cancellation Fee shall be deducted from the amount paid by the customer for the said cancelled order.

    My Gyanalaya reserves the right to modify/waive off the Cancellation fee from time to time. The Cancellation fee shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws for making payments to My Gyanalaya or the sellers (as the case may be) on account of any cancellation of orders from Your end.
